SR Engineering College Admission

SR Engineering College (SREC) was founded in 2002 and sponsored by the Sri Rajeshwara Educational Society, which has provided four decades of quality education. The college is part of SR University. SREC is a NAAC- A Graded college, and the institution has the approval of the All-India Council for technical education; and the institute is affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. SREC B.Tech Eligibility

For B Tech admission at SR Engineering College, one must

• Pass 10+2 Higher Secondary education with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology, and English as their mandatory subjects.
• The minimum aggregate score for admission in VCE is 45% from CBSE/ICSE/ IB/State, Board, or any other equivalent board. Relaxation of 5% for candidates belonging to the SC/ST group.
• For Lateral entries, the candidate must have a diploma (10+3) in any relevant branch.

SREC B.Tech Selection Process

• The selection of candidates will be based on their TS EAMCET. As a first step, candidates are required to register for EAMCET online on its official website.
• After declaring EAMCET results, eligible students can participate in TS EAMCET Counselling if they wish to secure a B Tech admission seat under Convenor Quota.
• At  SRHC. 70% of intake is filled through EAMCET Rank followed by counselling. At the same time, 30% of seats have been reserved for Management Quota.
• Candidates who have secured valid scores in JEE Main are also eligible to apply for B Tech admission in SR College Warangal.

SREC M.Tech Program

SREC offers six M.Tech courses, and each specialization course is for two years. The faculty and teaching staff of M.Tech are highly qualified and skilled and assist the students with all the technical and academic issues.

SREC M.Tech Eligibility

• Candidates who have scored above 60% Marks in B.Tech Degree from any recognized college or university can apply for M.Sc/MCA/ B.Tech.
• Candidates from the reserved category will get a relaxation of 4-5%.

SREC M.Tech Selection Criteria

• Candidates will be selected based on their GATE/ TS-PGECET score, followed by an interview and group discussion.
• For admission to the Convenor Quota, candidates have to apply through PGECET Rank followed by counselling.
• Also, SR College reserves 30% seats for Management Quota Intake. The direct admission at SREC will be done as per the college administration following rules by Telangana Government.

• Students seeking admission to the UG or PG courses can fill the SR College application form online by logging into the official website of SR University.

• You will be able to view the "Apply online" link. Choose the desired course and proceed to fill the form.
• Upload the necessary documents as per the defined format. Then, please make the payment of the application fees and submit it.
