To join the IGNOU Mizrom BEd programme, students must have a bachelor's degree/master's degree from a UGC-approved university with at least a 50% overall average. There is no provision for IGNOU BEd Age Limit.

Eligible aspirants will have to appear for the IGNOU B.Ed. Entrance examination conducted by IGNOU. The examination assesses the candidate's general knowledge and teaching aptitude. Varsity will prepare an IGNOU Aizwal merit list based on the IGNOU Bed Entrance Exam performance. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria will be offered admission into the B.Ed. program at IGNOU Aizawl.

IGNOU Aizwal B.Ed Eligibility Criteria

• It would help to have at least 50% marks in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity.
• Alternatively, it would help if you had a B Tech with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or equivalent.
• It would help if you were also a trained in-service elementary education teacher. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) should recognize the teacher education program face-to-face.

How to apply for IGNOU Aizwal Admission

Before registering, all first-time candidates are advised to check the information for the selected course from the "IGNOU Online Admission System" portal located on the official IGNOU website, including eligibility requirements, fee information, duration, and so on. Candidates can register online by completing these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the IGNOU Aizwal official website and click the "Register Online" button. After choosing the tab, pick "fresh admission" from the drop-down option.

Step 2: Clicking will open a new window with two options: "Login" for previously registered candidates and "Click Here for IGNOU New Registration" for new applicants. If you are a new applicant, select the new registration option.

Step 3: After completing the registration procedure, return to the IGNOU Regional Centre Aizawl Mizoram admission site and log in as the registered applicant for the following step

Those who have registered or are logged in must click the "Login" button and enter their username and password to continue.

Step 4: After registration using the "IGNOU Aizwal Login" button, the candidate must give personal information, programme information, qualification information, course information, and correspondence information.

If the candidate topics differ from those provided, the applicant should select the "Others" option.

Candidates who have graduated from high school or above should enter "9999" in the "Board Code" part of the online application form.

Before completing the online form, candidates must have the following documents:

A scanned picture of no more than 100 KB in size

• A signature that can be scanned (size: less than 100 KB)
• A scanned copy of the experience certificate (less than 400 KB in size) if appropriate.
• If you are SC/ST/OBC, please include a scanned copy of your category certificate (less than 400 KB in size).
• If you are below the poverty line, please provide a scanned copy of your BPL certificate (less than 400 KB in size).

IGNOU Aizwal Assignments

IGNOU Aizwal Result
