Gandhigram Rural Institute (GRI) is a deemed university in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India. Founded in 1956 by Dr T.S. Soundaram and Dr G. Admission to the Gandhigram Rural Institute UG courses is merit and CUET. Candidates must have cleared their 10+2 examination  from a recognized board with a least of 50% marks in aggregate. For admission to B Tech, candidates must participate in TNEA Counselling. Seats will be allotted based on 10+2 merit rank.
