In TNEA counselling I had chosen to best colleges which is offering B.Tech course in Chemical engineering stream. Later I was allotted for Rajalakshmi Engineering College. The Rajalakshmi Engineering College was nice institute where it is NAA A grade institute with NBA accreditation. Pursing B.Tech course is worth since it is approved by AICTE. The B.Tech syllabus is set by Anna University rules & regulations. The B.Tech Chemical Engineering course fee in Rajalakshmi Engineering College is feasible around INR 50K yearly. INR 2.00L is complete B.Tech course fee. I heard that the hostel fee in Rajalakshmi Engineering College is INR 2.60L for four years, INR 65K yearly.

I was searching for the college which offers Biotechnology stream in Bachelor of Technology programme. Along with me, my friend also joined for the B. Tech programme in Biotechnology and the B. Tech course fees we paid for entire years is INR 2.00L. The course fee was very much feasible and could be payable by all candidates. Year wise the B. Tech course fee is INR 50 thousand in Rajalakshmi Engineering College. The speciality of this institute was all different streams were provided when compared to other institutes like Chemical Engineering, food technology, information technology and Biotechnology etc. Course fee of B. Tech for any stream offered in the institute is same. I dint take any scholarship facility but based on our family background in the first year certain scholarship amount is issued as tuition fee waiver. Even for single girl child scholarship is given and on various schemes it is provided.

This college is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It has been approved by the AICTE. This college offers PGDM course. There is a very good hostel facilities with a strict and discipline warden. Faculties play a major role in this college management. All are Ph.D. holders and very punctual and supportive. The classrooms are having air conditioners, good lighting and very well structured. The placements are not so reliable but college will help every student to get jobs through some placements.
