Magadh University Distance B.Ed. Course

B.Ed Distance Education Magadh University is a professional degree course recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. (NCTE). The course is primarily emphasized to enhance professional competency among students who wish to undergo teacher training. The intake for Distance B.Ed. Magadh University is 500. The minimum duration of the course is two years. However, students get time flexibility to complete within three years.

Fees Structure

• Magadh University Distance B.Ed Fees: INR 45,000 is the total course fees for the categories such as BPL (Female Candidates Only), SC, ST, and EBC.
• While students belonging to the general category must pay INR 95,000. In addition, all students must pay INR 6050 for study materials.

Admission Criteria

• Magadh University Distance B.Ed Admission depends on performance in a university-based entrance exam.
• The eligibility is candidates must have received a minimum of 50–55 percent in their graduation.
• Else, they shall have trained in-service teachers in elementary education. That should be NCTE-recognized teacher training courses. (D.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M P.Ed, DPSE, Diploma in Visual Arts or Diploma in Performing Arts)
• There is no provision for Magadh University B.Ed Online form. Applicants must complete the application procedure via offline mode.
• Magadh University Distance Education Prospects and application forms will be available on the official website of MU DDE. Henceforth, applicants have to download it.
• They have attached the supporting documents and need to submit them via post to the respective university address.

Magadh University Distance MA Course

Distance MA is available in Economics, History, Political Science, Education, Sociology, Hindi, and Psychology. The duration of the course is two years. MA Distance Education at Magadh University's teaching methodology includes self-instructional materials, audio-visual aids, and counseling sessions.

Fees structure

• Magadh University Distance MA fees are approximately INR 7,200 for the 1^st year, and for the 2^nd year, candidates must pay nearly INR 6,900.
• Applicants must pay the Magadh University Distance Education Study Materials fees of INR 6050.

Admission Criteria

• Magadh University Distance Education Admission to the MA is based on UG marks followed by a counseling process.
• As eligibility criteria, applicants must have a bachelor's degree BA or any equivalent degree. The selection shall be made strictly according to the guidelines specified by MU DDE.
• Applicants can obtain the prospectus and admission form from Magadh University Headquarters or Magadh University Distance Education study centers. An application fee for MA is approximately INR 250 for SC/ST and INR 500 for General Category.

Magadh University Distance MLIS Course

MLIS Programme duration is 1 year. The instruction methodology in the MLIS degree program differs from conventional courses. It is more learner-oriented, and students should actively participate in teaching-learning procedures. The University follows a multimedia approach to delivering teaching.

Fees structure

• Magadh University Distance MLIS fee is INR 12k, including admission, tuition, and other fees.
• A candidate is also responsible for paying the full cost of the course materials INR 2,500 at the time of admission.
• Every student must additionally pay an additional fee of around INR 2150 (for assignment books, DDE Student's Welfare, kits, and stationary) at the time of admission.
• Each candidate taking the university examination must pay the required examination fee.

• For Magadh University Distance MLIS admission, candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree in BLIS. (Bachelor of Library and information science)

Magadh University Distance BLIS Course

The duration of the BLIS Distance Course at Magadh University shall be one academic year. To be eligible, students must hold a bachelor's degree in Library or 1-year graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. OR, shall have passed with below 50% marks but 2 years of experience in Library/Information Centre. Students who meet th eligibility criteria can fill out the offline application form by downloading it from the official website. The selection of the students will be based on UG marks.
