Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College was initiated in 1990 and is located in New Delhi. This College is affiliated with Delhi University with UGC and NAAC "B" accreditation. DDU is a public-aided non-engineering college. DDU has a campus area spread over 7.7 acres of land with infrastructural facilities like an Auditorium, Classrooms, Computer labs, Library, Cafeteria, Hostel, Banks, and Wi-Fi. DDU offers U.G. programs in their academic year, and more than 1800 graduates pass out every academic year.

• DDU offers scholarships on a merit basis given by Sultan Chand property Devi Education Foundation for the students with excellent scores who have scored 85% in their board exams in 12th class. For P.G. programs, they must have 65% scores in their graduation degree.
• DDU offers a "Central sector scheme of scholarship" for students who have scored more than 80% in their relevant stream in their board exams in 12th class or any equivalent exam.
