Placements:

  • Their main objective is to initiate campus recruitments, connect with corporate organizations and get student placed.
  • Before that there will be placement talks and they guide students to provide knowledge to about their career, passion to work further.

Hostel Fee:

  • They provide a nutritious and hygienic food in mess with multi-cuisine menu. The hostel is maintained very clean and provided with all the facilities like water heater, water cooler and internet facility in each floor.
  • The rooms are furnished with a chair, study table, cot, mattress and cupboard for each individual. There is safety and security in whole campus. The fee is around INR 4000/- per month.

Courses:

  • There are different specialisations under MBA and BE and fee varies depending on the course. MBA is for 2 years and student must be a graduate from reputed university. The duration of BE is for 4 years and to apply for this course student must be 10+2 passed out.
  • Before applying for any course student must be aware of the eligibility criteria. The application fee is around INR 50 to 100/-.

Cut-offs:

  • Student must have appeared for CAT/MAT to apply for MBA and WBJEE rank counts to apply for BE.
  • Cut-offs also depends on the category the student belongs to and rank obtained in their entrance exam.

Q : Sir/Madam,I'm a science graduate (passed in 2006 with MTM, PHYS & COMP) & could not carry honours in Math at Part-II).Thereafter, I've been working in the mechanical engineering industries.My question is now, "what academic course will be suitable for me? Can I get admission for MBA course? or can I get admission in DME course? Is any value if can get chance to get admission in distance course of those streams?Please reply.?

Yes, you can choose MBA after completing your B.TECH, as this is a prevalent option for many Graduates who’ve already started done the engineering stream

And the few important factors where MBA will be beneficial is:

  • Also get the chance of learning the Networking Opportunities

And for M.TECH:

  • For M.Tech the candidate  should have cleared their B.E./B.Tech program in the relevant streams or equivalent

Adission for MBA:

  • Here the candidates should have an aggregate of 50% marks in the Bachelor’s degree
  • And the candidate should have a valid mark in MAT, CAT based on the score they get in this the admission is done

For B.TECH:

  • Here the candidates who are applying to University of Calcutta for the B.TECH program have to pass 10th and 12th examination
  • At Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering admission is based on the merit.
  • And the fee for B.TECH that is full time 4 year courses the fees is around 13764.
