The M.Tech course is offered in five different specializations. The fee structure in BITM Bellary for M.Tech will be included in annual tuition fees and other university fees. The BITM fee would be around Rs. 75,000 for a year. The total M.Tech price for 3 years duration will be approximately Rs. 1.5 Lac.

This institute offers an MBA course of 2 years duration. The Bellari Institute of Technology and Management -BITM MBA fee will be close to Rs. 75,000 paid in the 1st year, including Rs. 60,000 as tuition fee and Rs. 15,000 as other fees. The 2nd year fee structure will be the same as the 1st year fee; hence the 2nd year fee is Rs. 75,000. The total cost of 2 year MBA fee will be Rs. 1.50 Lac.

A separate accommodation facility for Boys and Girls is within the BITM college campus. The hostel's name is BGI Hostels, which has 2 hostel blocks for girls and 4 hostel blocks for girls. These hostels can accommodate over 905 boys as well as 820 girls hostellers. BITM Bellary hostel fee will include the hostel rent and mess charges to be paid separately.
