College Of Dairy And Food Science Technology

College of Dairy And Food Science Technology (CDFST), Udaipur, is a public college that was begun in 1978 by inspiration from the University of Udaipur’s Dairy Technology program. The College has gone through numerous improvements in few years in academics, facilities, activities, etc. CDFST is providing B.Tech program with Dairy Technology and Food technology specializations. The College has an intake of 30 students for Dairy Technology and 25 students for Food Technology.

CDFST is affiliated with MPUAT, Udaipur, for offering the programs and approval from the authorized body AICTE, New Delhi. The college's Vision is to endeavor to become the best educational college that is conveying research, training, and knowledge in the dairy and food technology stream.

• CDFST Hostel for Boys is provided on the campus with 66 intakes in 14 double-seated rooms, and Hostel for Girls is providing in the other constituent colleges.

CDFST Admission for the Dairy and Food Technology courses is based on the JET entrance exam that MPUAT, Udaipur, conducts. The College has reserved 10 seats in each course towards payment seats, and the students must be 12th PCM passed out with at least 50% marks.
