College of Arts admission

• Admission to the College of Arts is merit-based and entrance exam-based.
• College of Arts provides an online mode of application. However, candidates seeking admission in any course at the College of Arts must visit the official site of the institute and register themselves.
• The BFA courses have been provided under seven different specializations. Candidates seeking admission in the BFA course at the College of Arts must appear in the entrance exam conducted by Delhi University. Along with the entrance exam, candidates must appear in another round of personal interviews.
• The final admission in the BFA course will be based on the cumulative marks of the 10+2 score, entrance exam, and personal interview, where the weightage for the entrance exam and the personal interview will be 60%, and 40% weightage will be given to the marks obtained in 10+2.
• Candidates seeking admission in BFA courses at the College of Arts must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board of education in any stream and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregation.
• Concession of 5% aggregate marks will be given to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
• The MFA course at the College of Arts has been provided under five different specializations. The candidates seeking admission in the MFA course have to appear in an interview to showcase their portfolio and appear in Viva.
• The final admission in the MFA course at the College of Arts will be based on the cumulative marks secured in the interview round and the merit achieved in the last qualifying academic exam.
• 60% of the total weightage will be given to the interview and viva performance and portfolio showcase. The rest, 40% of the weightage, will be given to the merit achieved in Bachelor's degree.
• Candidates seeking admission in the MFA course at the College of Arts must have a BFA degree from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% in aggregation. Concession of 5% aggregate marks will be given to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
• Admission in certification and diploma courses is merit-based.
