AJ Institute of Management Course Admission

  • Students must hold a bachelor's degree in any subject and have an overall GPA of 50% (45% for SC/ST students).
  • Candidates with management experience in industry, business, military forces, or government are preferred.
  • Those who are sponsored by industry/business organizations or possess a family company are also eligible.
  • Candidates with professional qualifications in chartered accountancy, cost accounting, and company secretaryship may also apply.
  • Final-year students are also able to apply.

Selection Criteria

  • AJIM accepts various exam results for admission.
  • Applicants applying under the Management Quota must have a valid score in KPGCET/KMAT/CAT/MAT/CMAT.
  • Applicants who apply under the Government Quota must have a valid KPGCET score.
  • The selected will be contacted for the Counseling round.
  • In this round, they will be assigned a seat.
  • To confirm their acceptance, students must pay the first installment of fees by the specified time.

NOTE: If a student fails to pay the fee within the specified time frame, the admission authorities will assign that seat to those on the waitlist.

Company-sponsored applicants are subject to different screening standards. In such cases, the institute will shortlist applicants based on their performance on the key entry tests. The selected applicants will be invited to GD and PI rounds. Those who get aggregate merit in admission exam scores, GD, and PI.

How do I apply to the AJ Institute of Management?

1. Original SSLC or 10th standard equivalent mark card 2. Original qualifying examination marks card (for all years).

3. Score card for MAT, KMAT, CMAT, PGCET

4. Original transfer certificate.

5. Original Conduct Certificate.

6. Provisional Pass Certificate (from the university)

7. Study Certificate, Caste Certificate, Eligibility Certificate, or Migration Certificate (where appropriate)

8. Address Proof Document: Aadhar Card or Voter ID.

9. Photograph (6-color passport size)

NRI Selection Requirements

  • Foreign nationals selected for admission must meet the following additional conditions.
  • The Government of India issued a No-Objection Certificate.
  • Student visa during the duration of studies at the school.
  • Valid passport.
  • Any other document that the authority deems appropriate.
