Vidya Academy of Science & Technology (VAST) was started in 2003, located in Thrissur, Kerala. The College is approved under AICTE and affiliated with APJAKTU (APJ Abdul Kalam University). The College was founded to impart professional technical education to aspirants. The VAST college offers Undergraduate courses BE/B Tech and Post Graduate courses ME/M Tech and MCA in diverse specializations.

• Eligibility Criteria for BE/B Tech is candidates should be secured in the 10+2 Examination with minimum aggregate marks in PCM, and the selection of the candidates will be based on the KEAM Entrance Exam, organized by CEE, Kerala.
• Admission for BE/B Tech Lateral entry will be based on the candidates' marks obtained in Diploma, and Candidates must appear for LET (Lateral Entry Test) to get admission.
• The admission process for ME/M Tech will be based on the candidate's marks obtained in GATE Entrance Exam, and Candidates must be secure with a bachelor’s degree in BE/B Tech with minimum aggregate marks.
• Eligibility Criteria for MCA is that Candidates must graduate in BCA with required aggregate marks and must secure a valid rank in the Kerala Entrance Exam.

VAST Thrissur BE/BTech Admission Process

Vidya Academy of Science & Technology offers Under Graduate courses BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering. . Eligibility Criteria is Candidates must be qualified in 10+2 Exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCM (45% Reserved Category). The selection of the Candidates will be based on the score obtained in KEAM Entrance Exam.

VAST, Thrissur BE/B Tech Lateral Entry Admission Process

The VAST institute also offers BE /B Tech Lateral entry courses in Computer Science Engineering and Civil Engineering. Candidates must qualify in 3 years of Diploma Course and appear for LET (Lateral Entry Test). The selection of the Candidates will be based on the score obtained in LET. Qualified candidates must appear for Counseling with required educational documents based on the merit admissions will be granted.

VAST, Thrissur ME/M Tech Admission Process

Vidya Academy of Science & Technology offers PG Program in ME/M Tech in 4 specializations for two years. Candidates must be eligible with 60% aggregate marks in BE/B Tech (54% for the reserved category) from a recognized institute/University. They must appear for GATE Entrance Exam and obtain a valid score to qualify. Shortlisted Candidates must attend counseling with necessary documents for verification purposes.

VAST, Thrissur MCA Admission Process

Vidya Academy of Science & Technology offers an MCA course for three years. Eligibility Criteria for MCA is Candidates must be graduated in BCA with 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category). Candidates must appear for the Kerala Entrance Exam and obtain a valid score to qualify for admission. Candidates qualified in B.Com with Business Mathematics or Statistics subjects are eligible to apply for admission.
