VIDYA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State University of New York at New Paltz, establishing an association program agreement. The College has a Cell of Extension Consulting and Development Consulting (RDEC) to promote research and related activities.

• The infrastructure facilities of the college are used for the formulation and execution of research projects. The laboratories provide testing facilities.
• The college is tied up with top IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Cisco, etc., and the college has a placement cell that provides good placement training programs to the students.
• The college also provides extracurricular activities like the National Service scheme; there are two units of NSS.
