In 2009, V k S College of Engineering and Technology (VKSCET) is a self-financing institution that the V k S Educational Trust established. Located in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India, on the Kulithalai Manapparai State Highway, just 15 kilometers from the city, the college is set in 15 acres of tranquil surroundings. VKSCET's UG and PG courses are approved by AICTE, and it is associated with Anna University. Thus college will offer admission as per the guidelines prescribed by Anna University.

VKS College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech Admission

1. To be admitted to the B Tech program at VSKET College, you must have received a valid TNEA Rank score.
2. A minimum of 50 per cent in 10+2 is required for the student to be considered for admission to this institution.
3. Whereas the selection criteria for B Tech at VKS College depends on the students TNEA Rank. Candidates will be shortlisted through the TNEA merit list. Through this, Anna University will allot TNEA rank for each individual.
4. To make it possible, candidates have to register for TNEA as a primary step based on their 10+2 score.

VKS College of Engineering and Technology M.Tech Admission

The VSKET will admit students to the M.Tech programs as long as they meet all of the requirements for admission to the program.  To get eligible for M Tech admission at VKS College, they must have a current TANCET ranking that is valid. Before being considered, the candidate's grade point average in graduate course work must be at least 50 per cent (BE/B Tech or equivalent)

VKS College of Engineering and Technology Application Process

Admissions to the VKSCET will be determined in compliance with the Anna University Admissions Standards, which are published annually. However, to sit for the actual exam or to attend counselling sessions, candidates must first apply for admission to Anna University through the university's official website.

• For B Tech admission, candidates have to apply through TNEA counselling. TANCET examination is mandatory for the candidates who wish to be considered for admission into the M Tech program.
• Candidates must apply for and pass the TANCET examination to be considered for entry into the program. It is possible to complete the entire application process entirely on the internet.
• TNEA application fees cost approx. 500, and TANCET application fees cost approximately INR 700.
