The admission eligibility criteria for Oxford College of Engineering is quite easy. Students must pass their 10+2 examinations with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, so the students must have a science stream. Admissions are done on the basis of entrance exams such as KCET, COMEDK, and JEE Main. KCET is for Karnataka state students, while COMEDK and JEE Main are open to students from all states. Admission is done on the basis of the quota system, merit?based as well as management quota, where management quota seats have higher fees compared to merit admissions. Generally, entrance students pay less, and management students pay more for the same course.
The Oxford College of Engineering admission of mine was made through the CET for BE course. Admission process will start every year in the month July-August. The admission is also made directly for the once opting for management quota. I choose mechanical engineering as that’s where my interest was in.
I am pursuing BE in Mechanical Engineering and right now am in final year. The Oxford College of Engineering admissions for BE course will be provided actually on the basis of KCET Entrance Exam score through counseling as per the cut off eligibility I got admission in this college. The Mode of application is online.
I took admission at this college through KCET score. The eligibility criteria set by this institute for B.Tech admission was completion of 12th from a recognized board with minimum of 50% aggregate score in mandatory exams like physics, chemistry and mathematics.
