At TJIT, gaining entry involves an easy procedure focused only on academic achievement. Applicants need to complete high school graduation with an average of at least 45% percent across subjects like physics, mathematics, and chemistry; this requirement is waived for students belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes who are from Karnataka by five percentage points. In the academic year of 2026, colleges accept KCET marks from residents in their region while considering COMEDK or JEE Main results when applications come via an all-India category. Registration begins via an internet process. It is then is assessed through standardized tests before being matched in a central system for further consideration. In the concluding phase of admission procedures, students undergo campus-based registration processes. At that time, they must submit their credentials and settle all necessary documents and pay fee
