SJM Institute of Technology Admission

SJMIT is a private Institute established in 1980, located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Institute is known as one of the largest Intuition to become education provided in the engineering field. It is affiliated with Visveswariah Technological University (VTU) Belgaum and approved by AICTE. The College currently offers UG and PG courses in various disciplines. SJM Institute of Technology BE Admission 

• BE course at SJMIT is offered five disciplines for four years to students with qualifying marks in academic and entrance.
• To avail admission at SJMIT for BE course, students will have to pass 10+2 with Chemistry / Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.
• The admission for BE at SJMIT will be based on KCET and COMEDK entrance exam scores.
• The students must reach the cut-off of BE course at SJM Institute to qualify for the admission process.
• The applicants will have to reach the selection parameters to avail seats and fill out the appropriate application form with correct information.

SJM Institute of Technology KCET Cut-Off Score

• The Govt of Karnataka will conduct the KCET Cut-off entrance exam, and the selection of the students will be based on KCET merit.
• Applicants who have a qualifying mark in the KCET entrance examination will appear in the KCET counseling session.
• Along with the KCET counseling session, candidates must go through document verification.
• Students will be provided seats after the document verification and performance in the counseling session.
• The selected candidates will have to visit the assigned College to fill out the application form for the preferred course.

SJM Institute of Technology M. Tech Admission

• SJMIT offers the M. Tech program with three disciplines for four academic years to applicants with eligible makes.
• The seats for the M. Tech course at SJMIT are based on BE or B. Tech with 50% marks (45% marks for SC / ST) from a recognized board.
• The Selection for M. Tech at SJM Institute will be through the PGCET entrance exam marks.
• The applicants will also have to reach PGCET Cut-Off score to get admission at SJMIT for the M. Tech program.
• The applicants must fill out the application form for M. Tech at SMJIT after selecting and paying the application form fees.

SJM Institute of Technology PGCET Cut-Off Score

• PGCET is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for admission to PG courses.
• The eligibility for the PGCET entrance exam, candidates must have a valid Bachelor's degree from a recognized board.
• The Karnataka State board will conduct the PGCET examination for two years, held like a pen and paper test.
• The question paper will have 100 MCQs covering all the respective topics from the bachelor's level.
• Applicants who clear the PGCET entrance exam will visit the assigned College or university to complete the admission process.
