Reva University B.Tech is available in 10 streams. Candidate must have at least 45 percent across all subjects combined. Diploma holders can apply for Reva University Later Entry B Tech.

• The University accepts valid scores from different entrance exams for admission to the B.Tech Programme. These include KCET, COMEDK, and UNI-GAUGE.
• Additionally, they are required to qualify for the Reva University cutoff for engineering.
