The Institute of PIIT offers an undergraduate and postgraduate program in B.E and M.E courses for the students with eligible marks. Application and admission for UG and PG programs are accepted online by the Institute. The admission process for programs offered will be entrance based.

• Students applying for the B.E course at PIIT must have passed 10th and 12th with good marks.
• B.E admission at PIIT, applicants must have eligible scores in JEE Main and MHT CET examinations.
• To apply for the M.E course at PIIT, candidates must have a relevant degree in B.E or B. Tech with 50% marks.
• Admission for M.E course at PIIT, students must have cleared the GATE entrance examination with good marks.

Pillais Institute of Information Technology B.E Admission 
The Institute of PIIT admits students to the UG program through marks scored in MAH CET and JEE Main exam. Admission info for the B.E course at PIIT is as follows.

• PIIT offers a B.E course with six disciplines for four years with an annual intake of 540 students per batch.
• Candidates applying for the B.E course must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination with 50% marks.
• Candidates are provided seats for the B.E course through CAP rounds conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.  
• Admission for B.E course at PIIT, applicants must clear JEE Main / MHT CET entrance exam to get access.
• Applicants in Maharashtra state must appear in the MHT CET entrance exam to get selected for the B.E course. 

Pillais Institute of Information Technology M.E Admission 
The Institute admits students for M.E course at the postgraduate level if they qualify in eligibility criteria. Admission details for the M.E program at PIIT are as follows. 

• PIIT offers an M.E program in four fields for two years to the candidates with valid scores. 
• To get admission for the M.E course at PIIT, candidates must have passed B.E or B. Tech degree with 50% marks.
• In the selection for the M.E course at PIIT, candidates must qualify for the GATE entrance examination.
• Admission for M.E courses at PIIT is also made through sponsorship.
