TCET offers courses under Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in B. Tech and M. Tech courses. The program is offered with various specializations, and admission is based on the entrance exam score of the student.   • Applicants seeking admission for the B.E course must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks.
  • For the M. Tech course, candidates must have passed UG degree in Engg or Technology with 50% marks.
  • Candidates can get admission based on MHT CET entrance exam scores conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.
  • The students who have qualifying marks in JEE Main examination will be given preferences.
  • Candidates who are GATE qualified can apply for the M. Tech course offered by TCET.
  • The final selection for UG and PG courses is based on performance in qualifying exams, entrance exam marks and GDPI performance.
  • The application form for B.E and M. Tech courses is made available on the official website of the Institute.
  • Admission for a PhD course offered by TCET is based on Merit and PI conducted by the Institute.

 Thakur College of Engineering & Technology B.E Admission 

The B.E program at TCET is offered in various streams for four years with an annual intake of 120 students. Admission info for the B.E course offered at TCET is as follows.

  • To apply for the B.E course, candidates must have passed 10+2 in PCM with 50% marks from a recognized board.
  • Admission for the B.E course at TCET is based on the MHT CET entrance examination conducted by DTE.
  • Candidates who have qualifying marks in JEE Main will be given preference during final admission.
  • The final selection is based on academic scores, entrance exam scores and performance PI and counselling sessions.
  • To apply for B. Tech Lateral course at TCET candidates who have diploma and B.Sc with 50% marks.
  • Applicants who belong to ST / SC / OBC or PWD must have passed 45% marks to apply for B.E or B.E lateral course.

Thakur College of Engineering and Technology M. Tech Admission 

TCET offers an M. Tech course with three disciplines for two years with an annual intake of 18 students (per subject). Admission details for the M. Tech course are as follows:

  • The Institute offers an M. Tech course under the PG program in three streams for the eligible candidates.
  • To apply for the M. Tech course, candidates must have passed Bachelor's degree in B.E or B. Tech course with 50% marks.
  • Admission for the M. Tech course at TCET is based on marks scored in the GATE examination followed by GDPI performance.
  • Candidates who fall under sponsored category must have two years of work experience in a relevant field.
