ELIGIBILITY

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) and must have passed any one of the following courses with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
  • 10+2 with Mathematics and English as subjects of examination
  • OR
  • 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central / State Governments with 50% marks in aggregate.
  • The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission.

Intake & Duration

  • Intake: 40
  • Duration: 5 yrs

Each semester‘s program comprises about 16 weeks of classes and related academic activities, followed by about two weeks of end-semester examinations and the current semesters' subjects.

Certificates to be produced at the time of admission

  • Application Form
  • NATA Score Card
  • 12th standard equivalent marks card/pass certificate – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
  • 10th Standard marks card/pass certificate for proof of birth date – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
  • Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
  • Conduct certificate from the institution prior attended – Original
  • Eligibility Certificate issued by the Registrar, Nitte University
  • Migration certificate from the Board of the institution prior studied (Non-Karnataka students)
  • Physical Fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
  • Blood group certificate
  • Photographs – passport size 05, stamp size-05
  • Diploma students for Ist yr B. ARCH admission – Additional Documents to be produced
  • Diploma Marks cards of all years – Original + 3 attested photocopies.
  • Diploma Completion Certificate – Original + 3 attested photocopies.

Nitte Institute of Architecture admissions for B.Arch will be usually in the month of May-June. Due to the current situation of Covid-19 the admissions are still open for 2020 academic year.

  • One who has completed HSC/10+2 level examination from any recognized board of examination particularly in science stream having Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  • One must have also appeared for NATA and must have secured valid score meeting the cut-off criteria of the college.

Hi,

The basic eligibility to take admissions in B.Arch is to have 2 PUC with 50% or more aggregate with PCM as compulsory subjects and valid score in NATA.

The NATA cut-offs score is in between 85-95 to be eligible to get admissions in this institute.

Admission details for B.Arch:

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 in the relevant stream from a recognized board. 
  • Admissions are based on NATA acore.

The total fee structure will be:

  • Almost INR 12.5 lakhs for 5 years.
