• CITECH offers an M. Tech program with one specialization with an academic intake of 54 students for two years. 
• The students seeing admission for the M. Tech course at CITECH must have cleared B. Tech or BE with 50% marks and 45% marks for SC / ST / OBC and category one students. 
• Admission for the M. Tech program at CITECH will be based on GATE or PGCET entrance exam scores for the students to apply. 
• The selection process will be based on the cut-off scores of the students in the entrance exam for the M. tech course.

• The Institute of CITECH offers MBA and MCA courses for two academic years to the applicants with eligible scores.
• The annual intake for MBA will be 120 seats, and for MCA, 60 seats in total per academic year.  
• The candidates seeking admission for the MBA program at CITECH must have passed any graduation degree with 50% marks and 45% marks for SC / ST students.
• Students applying for the MCA course at CITECH will obtain 50% marks in UG degree from UGC recognized board.
