The admission eligibility criteria for Brindavan College of Engineering is very simple. Students must pass their 10+2 examinations with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry and secure at least 45% so the students must have a science stream. Admissions are done on the basis of entrance exams such as KCET, COMEDK, or equivalent. KCET is for Karnataka state students, while COMEDK is open to students from all states. Admission is done on the basis of quota system, merit?based as well as management quota, where management quota seats have higher fees compared to merit admissions. Generally, entrance students pay less, and management students pay more for the same course.

I have opted MBA course and presently am in 2nd year and I have choosed Finance Management as my area of specialization. Brindavan College admissions for MBA course will be usually provided on the basis of PGCET valid score and also candidates who have qualified in KMAT score are also eligible to get admission for MBA course

I was eligible to apply for B.Tech in Brindavan College and so as I had appeared for KCET also, later on basis of KCET score I applied to counselling keeping this institute in priority later based on number of seats and the college cut-off Brindavan College admission to B.Tech was granted. I had to follow the procedure like fill the application form and make the payment to go ahead with the Brindavan College admission process. Brindavan College of Engineering's cut-off rank for the B-Tech ECE stream is 70256 rank based on KCET results conducted at the state level.

A pass in class 12th with Physics and Mathematics as required courses and Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Electronics, Biology or Computer Science, as one of the subjects with 45 percent aggregate marks, is required to apply for B.Tech. All BE specializations can only be chosen on the basis of merit in the KCET qualifying examination. Candidates from the SC/ ST/ OBC categories in Karnataka must score at least 40% in the optional subjects if English is one of them. Students appeared for KCET; the cut-off of B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering is 62575. Those students appeared for COMEDK the cut-off for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering is 46889.

Students must make a payment of INR 67.5k for a year as an academic year fee. So, the total course fee of the B.Tech at BCE will cost around INR 2.7 lakhs for four years.

Hi,

  • Admission process for BE/B Tech will be based on the eligibility of minimum 45% Aggregate Marks in 10+2(PCM) from recognized Board
  • Selection criteria for admission process will be based on KCET Entrance Exam.
  • The fees structure for BE/B Tech is INR 1.58 Lakhs.
Is Electrical and Electronics Engineering in B.Tech provided by the college? how to apply?

Hi,

The College provides several specializations under B.Tech such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Science and Engineering & Mechanical Engineering.

The Application process is as follows:

  • The candidate must register with valid email ID in the official college website.
  • Email ID will be verified with an OTP. (Cannot be changed after registration)
  • The application fee of INR 460/- has to be paid which will not be refunded in any case.
  • Application form has to be filled with necessary details.
  • Mandatory documents as prescribed by the college have to be uploaded.
