Arasu Engineering College BE/B Tech Admission

Arasu Engineering College provides a four-year BE programme with six specialties.

  • Candidates who have passed a recognized 10+2 or equivalent qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with at least 50% marks (45% for BC, 40% for SC, ST, MBC, and DNC candidates) are eligible to enroll in the BE program.
  • Those who have a B.Sc. degree in mathematics or a diploma with a minimum of 55 percent will be admitted to the BE Lateral Entry programme (50 percent for BC, 45 percent for MBC, DNC, SC, ST candidates).
  • Anna University's TNEA is used to admit students to the BE programme. BE Lateral Entry admission is based solely on the results of the previous qualifying examination.

Arasu Engineering College ME Admission

Arasu Engineering College provides a two-year ME programme with three specializations.

  • Candidates for admission to the ME programme must have a BE or B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
  • Candidates having a BE/ B.Tech in a related area, a B.Sc./ M.Sc. in IT/CS, or an MCA/ MCA Lateral entry are eligible to apply for the ME in CSE.
  • TANCET, a test administered by Anna University, selects students for admission to the ME programme.
