Annai College was founded in 2001. The college campus is located in Tamil Nadu State. The college has received AICTE approval and is associated with Anna University. ACET is an ideal part of The Annai Group of Institutions. The institute's vision is to enable rural youths through exceptional technical education. Faculties at Annai College are highly competent. They train the students through innovative teaching methodologies. Annai College offers B Tech at the UG level and M Tech at the PG level.
ACET College of Engineering and Technology BE/B Tech Admission
ACET College provides admission to the UG program BE/B Tech. Six specializations are available in BE/B Tech. The annual intake for each branch is 30 seats, and the course duration will be for four years.

  • For admission to the B Tech at ACET College depends on TNEA Rank. Anna University will publish the merit list based on 10+2 Marks.
  • Students who have acquired a least 50% marks in 10+2 board exams are eligible to apply for admission.
  • At first, students must register for TNEA Counseling based on their 12th score. Later, Anna University will publish the TNEA Merit list.

ACET College of Engineering and Technology M Tech Admission
M Tech degree at ACET College is available in four core specializations. The annual intake capacity for M Tech is 18 seats. College offers M Tech in  Mechanical Engineering for two years.

  • B Tech graduates who have obtained more than 50% marks can seek admission to the M Tech at ACET.
  • In addition, they must clear the state level entrance exam that is TANCET. Anna University will conduct the TANCET.

ACET College of Engineering and Technology Application Process

  • Admission to the BE/B Tech or M Tech will be made according to the guidelines specified by Anna University.
  • Thus, students must register for TNEA Counselling and TANCET Entrance Exam to secure admission to the respective courses that are B Tech or M Tech.
  • The mode of the application process is online. Interested & Eligible applicants have to visit the Anna University Website to fill up an application form.  The TNEA application fees cost approx. INR 500/-
