Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research (ACER) Ambala is a self-financing engineering college started in 2002 and affiliated with Kurukshetra University. The college offers Engineering programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a total intake of 360 students. The Programs offered are B.Tech and M.Tech with specializations.
