• The University has a placement cell known as SPA. It is solely responsible for grooming students' overall holistic development and preparing them to face contemporary corporate challenges.
• SPA offers soft skill training to improve students' employability skills. It also boosts the Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ).
• Under this task, SPA prepares students for all aspects of the placement process. That is done by administering online mock aptitude tests, organising Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs), GD, and so on. SPA also offers full-time or part-time industry internships to students for a period of six to ten weeks.
• SPA provides personal one-on-one counselling sessions to help bridge the gap. It scans all job profiles provided by companies and then holds interactive sessions with students to clear their doubts.
• A thorough review of the systems and processes is performed regularly to ensure that the placements process runs smoothly, efficiently, and transparently.
• SPA makes several efforts. Efforts include gathering additional leads from its alumni network and companies that have provided internships. It is to invite more companies and provide better placement opportunities for students.

NCU CSE branch holds a good placement rate compared to the other courses.

• When it comes to average salary packages, MBA comes out on top, followed by CSE. Northcap University's average Package CSE is INR 5.2 LPA.
