A candidate for admission to the BTech degree program must have passed the Intermediate examination administered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh's Board of Intermediate Education, which requires passing in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Alternatively, they may have passed any other 10+2 level examination that the Board of Intermediate has recognized as being equivalent to the Intermediate examination.
