Sherwood College of Engineering Research & Technology, also known as SCERT, Barabanki, started in 2007 located in Uttar Pradesh. The College is approved under AICTE and affiliated with AKTU, Lucknow. The College was established under Sherwood educational Group. The Institute has the vision to offer a vibrant environment for learning, which nurtures the candidates in academic assortment and contemporary educational platforms and inculcates managerial skills and entrepreneur skills towards candidates by imparting appropriate education and developing as professional technocrats to meet the standards of the industry.

• SCERT offers UG Course BE/B Tech Course Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil and Information Technology and also offers PG Course MBA in several specializations
• SCERT Admissions for BE/B Tech will be based on the Candidates valid score acquired in JEE Main Entrance Exam or UPSEE Entrance Exam, and admissions for MBA will be based on the Candidates aggregate marks acquired in UPSEE MBA Entrance Exam
• SCERT fees structure for BE/B Tech is INR 3.13 Lakhs for four years of duration, and fees structure for MBA is INR 1.56 Lakhs for two years of duration
• SCERT Placement cell offers best industry-relevant training & practices and frequently arranges industrial training for aspirants and invite industry experts to organize seminars, guest lecture and conducts several job oriented activities and offer job-specific guidance to make the candidates as  industry ready
