Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology is known as NIT Surat or SVNIT Surat. It is a public technical institution established in 1961. It is one of the 30 NITs recognized by the Indian Government as the "Institute of National Importance." NIT Surat is the Anchor Institution for the Auto & Engineering Sector, and they train the workforce. SVNIT Surat B Tech Admission

SVNIT Surat Admission Process for B Tech is mainly based on JEE Main rank followed by JOSAA Counselling. Applicants have to undertake JEE Main entrance test as the main step. Under 10 departments in the fields of engineering and science, the NIT Surat Ph.D. program is provided to Full-Time/Part-Time/Sponsored research scholars.
