Rohidas Patil Institute of Management Studies (RPIMS), the Thane, is a self-financing management institute begun in the academic year 2008 and the newest addition to Shankar Narayan Educational Trust guidance of a Philanthropist Shri Rohidasji Patil alias Kakaji. The Institute is offering a management program at the PG level, namely MMS, with several specializations with affiliation to the University of Mumbai and approval from constitutional bodies like DTE, AICTE, and Govt. of Maharashtra. RPIMS has a central library that is well-stacked with 3800 volumes along with national and international journals. The specializations under the MMS program are Marketing Management, Operations Management, Systems Management (IT), Finance Management, and Human Resource Management.

• RPIMS Placement of the students will be done in reputed companies such as Bharti AXA, Essar, Godrej, HCL, HSBC, HDFC Bank, Indian Oil, ICICI Bank, Mahindra Finance, ITC Limited, Motilal Oswal, Parle, OTIS, Raymond, Reliance, TATA, Air India, Vodafone, Amul, and Bajaj, etc.
• RPIMS Admission to MMS program will be carried based on entrance exams such as CAT, JMET, MAT, ATMA, XAT, MAH MBA, MMS CET, GMAT, and CET.
• RPIMS Fees Structure for MMS program is Tuition Fee – INR 45455/- p.a. and Development Fee –INR 4545/- p.a.

The Institute has other infrastructural facilities such as a Conference Room, Library, Wi-Fi Campus, Laboratories, Gymnasium, Canteen, Auditorium, and Seminar Hall. The Institute has a computer lab with 60 Personal Computers and 1 B/W Laser Printer, and 1 Color Laser Printer.
