Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Nuzvid, is an Autonomous State University that was started in 2008 with the motto ‘Learning by Doing.’ The University was established under the AP Govt. Act 18 of 2008. RGUKT, Nuzvid is one of the institutions that are found under RGUKT. The University was started to deliver advanced educational opportunities for Andhra Pradesh’s Rural and Underprivileged youths.
RGUKT, Nuzvid is currently offering programs in engineering streams such as M.Tech, Dual Degree, and Ph.D. with AICTE, New Delhi Approval. The specializations offered under B. Tech and Dual Degree of Diploma and B.Tech program are ECE, CSE, ME, CE, Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and it is conducted for six years. Specializations under the M.Tech program are CSE, ECE & ME.

- RGUKT, Nuzvid Admission to B.Tech program will depend on JEE Main or EAMCET. Dual Degree depend on merit in 10th followed by counseling; M.Tech Admission is made through GATE exam and Ph.D. through a written test conducted by the university followed by an interview.
