Government Dental College & Research Institute was started in the year of 1964-65 in Karnataka, Bengaluru. The main aim of the institution was to offer excellent educational programs to all students. It offers BDS & MDS course, admissions into which are made via entrance examinations. The institution is affiliated with Dental council of India (DCI). It is a very reputed college and has high ranking in all over the state with high passing percentage and with best faculties. Faculties are all well experienced and highly qualified. The institution offers best placement facilities as well as provides internship with monthly stipend of around 20K.

I am pursuing BDS Course in Government Dental College right now am in 2nd year. I would like to say it is best college for pursuing BDS course in Bangalore city and popularly known as GDC Bangalore. The College is affiliated to DCI and the courses are available in BDS & MDS. The College ranked in 5th position among top dental college. Government Dental College & Research Institute fee structure for BDS course is actually very much moderate when compare to any other college I paid the fee around 49,000 per annum hence for complete 5 years of duration it costs around 2.4 Lakhs. GDS Bangalore admissions for MBBS will be provided on the basis of NEET Entrance Exam score.
