Government Engineering College, Haveri Fees Structure

Government Engineering College, Haveri was established in the year 2007 by the Government of Karnataka to impart technical education to the rural mass and downtrodden at a reasonably cheaper rate so that it can elevate the living standards of rural people there Govt. Karnataka's dream is well realized through structured efforts put forth by a dedicated team of the institution.

Government Engineering College, Haveri, which comes under the Director of Technical Education Bangalore administration, is affiliated to VTU Belgaum and is recognized by AICTE New Delhi. The college offers four undergraduate courses in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering with an intake of 60 each time. In 2011, the college started a post-graduate course in Structural Engineering with 18 as a VTU extension center. Department of Civil Engineering is also recognized as a research center to carry out various research, leading to a Ph.D. degree.

The college has dedicated, well qualified, sincere, and student-friendly staff who are putting their heart and soul into their teaching and are giving the best to the student community. The office staff is joining their hands in the college's developmental activities. Most laboratories are well developed with necessary facilities, and few are under the developmental stage. New ladies' hostel and staff quarters are under construction.
