Akal College of Basic Science is a constituent unit of the Eternal University. This Institute was established in 2012 under this university. This university is situated in the state of Himachal Pradesh and has been gaining a perfect name in the form of HP. The Basic science stream supports all applied sciences and considers the DST, Govt. of India institute. Under the school of Basic Science, B.Sc.'s courses are B.Sc. in Medical/Non-Medical stream and B.Sc. (Hons) in streams like Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Physics, etc. The PG course is M.Sc. in specializations such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Botany, Chemistry, etc.
The intake of all the B.Sc. programs is 30 seats, and the only admission is given only for girls. The Intake of the PG M.Sc course will be 15-30 seats annually, and access to the M.Sc. course is also offered only for girls.
