The Sai Ram College is a private Institute established in 1995, located in Chennai. It is a non-profit and self-financing college approved by AICTE and affiliated with AU. The Institute has ranked at 13th place and graded A+ by NAAC. SSREC has recorded 95% in placement with top recruiters like Wipro, TCS, Capgemini etc. The campus of SSREC is spread over 300 acres campus with classrooms, Audi, Comp labs and many more facilities.

  • The Institute offers UG level in BE and B. Tech and PG level in ME, MCA and MBA programs.
  • BE / B. Tech course at SSREC is offered with three specializations for four years.
  • Eligibility for BE / B. Tech course at SSREC, applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination with 55% marks.
  • Admission for BE / B. Tech course at SSREC depends on marks scores in Merit and TNEA counselling process.
  • Students are provided seats based on marks scored in the qualifying exam and counselling conducted by Anna University.
  • The Institute offers ME courses in five fields for two years with an intake of 156 students per academic year.

To gain entry, one has to be selected through KCET, COMEDK, or JEE Main only as per the highly competitive process. The last day to register for KCET 2026 is February 17th. The most prominent aspect of the Leo Muthu Scholarship (LMS) is that it is a first-year tuition fee waiver award given to students strictly based on their 12th-grade PCM marks. The whole admission procedure is based on merit only; hardly any recommendations are accepted. The management quota fee is quite high, particularly exceeding 3.6 Lakhs per annum for branches such as CSE and AI/ML which are in most demand. Students intending to enroll should take part in their respective counseling (KEA/COMEDK) and come to the Anekal campus with their originals and migration certificate.

Sri Sri Ram Engineering college admissions are done as per the TNEA and there will be counselling. In this process they will release the rank merit list and based on the rank we have got we will be getting seat for the B.tech course. There will be not entrance exam for taking admission in this college for the B.Tech course.

For MBA admissions at SSREC, applicants must have passed in graduation with a min of 50% mark in recognized universities followed by KMAT scores.

SSREC admissions are based on graduation + KMAT scores. The Sri Sai Ram Engineering College cut-off through the KMAT entrance exam is 65.
