The College is approved under AICTE, affiliated with Kurukshetra University, and is recognized by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).JMIT offers Under Graduate courses in BE/B Tech and Post Graduate courses in ME/M Tech, MBA & MCA in diverse specializations. The Total intake for BE/B Tech is 540, MBA is 60, MCA is 60, and ME/M Tech is 60.

• Admissions for BE/B Tech will be based on the Candidate's marks in the 10+2 Exam and must secure a valid score in the JEE Entrance Exam.
• Admissions for ME/M Tech will be based on the candidate's marks obtained in bachelor’s degree and must secure a valid score in GATE Entrance Exam.
• Candidates who are qualified in Bachelor’s degree BCA with aggregate marks and secured OLET Entrance Exam to get eligible for admission
• Candidates qualified in bachelor’s degrees with aggregate marks must secure a valid rank in MAT Entrance Exam to get eligible for admission.

Seth Jai Prakash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering & Technology offers PG Course BE/B Tech in 5 Specializations. Candidates must be eligible with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the 10+2 Exam (Physics, Chemistry, and Maths). Candidates must secure a valid score in JEE Entrance Exam, and qualified candidates must appear for counseling, which will be conducted at the university level.

JMIT ME/M Tech Admission Process

Seth Jai Prakash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering & Technology offers ME/M Tech Course in Computer Science and Electronics & Communication Engineering for two years. Candidates must be qualified in bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech with 50% aggregate marks and must secure a valid score in GATE Entrance Exam. Qualified candidates must appear for counseling with the required documents.

JMIT MCA Admission Process
