Saveetha Engineering College offers B.Tech in Information Technology and 6 specializations in B.E and only candidates from Tamil Nadu are allowed to apply for admissions. Saveetha Engineering College provides M.E in 7 streams and MBA under post-graduation. The eligibility for M.E admissions in Saveetha Engineering College will be B.E or B.Tech in relevant streams with 50% marks and TANCET or GATE scores obtained by students will be the main selection criteria. The college is affiliated with Anna University. It is AICTE-approved and NBA-accredited the courses. SEC Chennai received an "A" Grade from NAAC. Saveetha Engineering College's NIRF Ranking was 156. Eligibility for B.Tech admission requires applicants to have passed HSC from Tamil Nadu with PCM or an equivalent institution recognized by Anna University. Admissions are 10+2 merit-based, and selection is through TNEA Counseling. Saveetha Engineering College cut off for TNEA cutoff for OC Category ranged from 24820 to 82613 ranks. To apply, candidates need to participate in the TNEA Counseling process.
