Rohtak Institute of Engineering and Management is shortly known as RIEM, familiarly known as a private institute of engineering and management studies. It was established in 2008 at Rohtak, a place in Haryana state. As an educational institute, they have secured AICTE, NBA, and has also been accredited NAAC committee with affiliation to MDU. This is a co-ed institution, where there are more than 50+ teaching faculty members and other staff members. Even the institution is well designed and equipped with advanced facilities that will help in offering excellence in the academic performance of the students. The courses offered by the RIEM is purely related to engineering courses both B-Tech and M-Tech level. They will also offer B-Tech lateral, where the admission criteria would slightly differ. Along with the course training, they will also provide skill and personality developing training so that the candidates will be ready enough to face the industrial challenges and other real issues in their career. The institute offers decent placement opportunities in fortune companies with an average salary recorded up to 3.5 to 5 LPA.

• The B-Tech program offered in RIEM is presented with 8 options in one stream likely—CS, E& EC, Civil, Mechanical, IT, AI, Electrical, and E & EC (Lateral entry).
• The eligibility criteria for this is that the candidates must have scored at least 45% in their board exams (10+2), and adding to this, they will also consider the JEE Main examination scores as it is a national-level competitive engineering exam accepted in the majority of engineering colleges.
• If not JEE Main, even the scores of exam conducted by HSTES is considered, i.e., by Haryana State-Technical Education Society.
• The lateral entry of B-Tech programs is offered for E& EC subjects. The qualification slightly differs—the candidates must submit board exam scores and also submit the LEET scores, meant for candidates willing to join as lateral entries.
• The M-Tech or M.E of RIEM is offered specializations like CS, Mechanical, E & EC, and power engineering for complete 2 years which respective majors.
• The eligibility criteria for an M-Tech course in RIEM or any other institute mostly depends on the scores of the GATE entrance exam. 50% validation will be on the scores or CGPA of the degree, and the other 50% validation will be on GATE marks.

Application Process for RIEM:

The aspirants wanting to join engineering courses in RIEM can apply or submit their forms in the online platform itself, i.e., through the official webpage. Here the candidates can open the college page and start to fill in the details, and follow the instructions carefully. If that is not possible, the interested candidates can visit the college personally and collect the application form and fill the relevant details of the candidates as well as the course information to which the candidates are willing to join. The form submission should be made within the specified time frame, and if the time limit is exceeded, then no fresh applications will be accepted. • The simple steps to fill in the admission forms are, visit the official website of RIM.
• Select the course and major subject of specialization details to be filled in the form, respectively.
• In addition to just filling in the details, they must also upload the important documents and other relevant certificates for the same as mentioned in the form. All these files must be clipped-in the digital format within a specific file size.
• After the necessary things are submitted and filled in, the page will automatically redirect the candidates to pay the application fees money. This fee amount may vary concerning the caste/category of the candidate willing for admissions in this institute. 
• If the candidates are submitting the form through offline mode at all, they will have to send their form to the administration desk of the college as given on the form.   
• After the final submission is made, the selected student’s form will be further scrutinized by the concerned members based on the attached documents and certificates.
