• Nehru institute offers BE/B Tech in various specializations such as Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Admission to the B Tech at NIET will be done through TNEA counselling. In addition, Candidates should've passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths to be eligible.

Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology ME Admission
NIET also offers Masters of Engineering (ME/M Tech) in two different streams to its students willing to pursue engineering at the PG level.

• The college offers ME/M Tech in various specializations such as Aeronautical Engineering and Communication Systems.
• Admission to these mentioned courses is done based on TANCET exam scores. Candidates seeking admission must have a relevant bachelor's degree with 50% minimum aggregate marks.

NIET offers MBA and MCA as well to its students. In addition, the college offers MBA in 6 streams to its students wishing to pursue a career in management studies.
