I was a diploma in engineering student seeking for the B.Tech lateral entry in some college. The basic eligibility that was needed for B.Tech lateral entry was to have passed in diploma in engineering in relevant stream. Minimum marks needed were 60% aggregate in diploma. I applied for the MHT-CET and took part in the counselling process then I got of Naval Institute Of Technology Admission for the B.Tech 2nd year directly. The fee for me was approximately INR 650,000 totally. The seats reserved for Maharashtra state students that is through MHT-CET is 85% and for all India quota the seats reserved are 15% out of the total intake.
