This is an undergraduate and post-graduate college established in the year 1970 with a motto. Let knowledge be Incarnated. Modern College of Arts Science & Commerce is a public college affiliated with the University of Pune. The college is awarded as Best College by SPPU Permanent Affiliation, and it is a NAAC grade B accredited college.

The college offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in different streams. The courses are segregated and presented in various fields like Management, Arts, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications and Animation.

  • In Modern College of Arts Science & Commerce under science stream the programs offered are B.Sc. and M.Sc., under commerce, B.Com and M.Com, under computer applications there is BCA and MCA, under Arts BA and MA also under management there is BBA. Added to this, there is PG Diploma in Management and Foreign Trade for a one-year duration available.
  • Modern College of Arts Science & Commerce admission to undergraduate courses will be made through merit-based followed by CET conducted by the college. The minimum eligibility requirement is passed in 10+2 from an equivalent board.
  • MA and M.Sc. admission to Modern College of Arts Science & Commerce will be based on Merit in the qualifying examination. The minimum eligibility criteria are passed in graduation. M.Com entries will be made through college conducted entrance exam score.
  • Modern College of Arts Science & Commerce application forms for all the courses are available at the college's official website. Candidates need to fill the application form online with the necessary details, upload the photograph make the payment, and submit the form. Also, applicants can download the form, fill it manually, attach the documents and send it to the college admission office along with challan.

Candidates looking for admission to the BCA at Modern College must appear for the MAH BBA CET Entrance Exam. Based on the scores, admission will be granted. In addition, you shall have passed 10+2 with not less than 45%. In addition, you shall have studied Maths as the main subject.

If you want to apply for M.Sc. For microbiology at Modern College, you need to fill out the online application form on the official website of the College. The admission process is based on the marks in B.Sc. Microbiology, or any identical discipline, is usually merit-based. Once the application process concludes, shortlisted candidates would later be called for counselling or document verification.

The mode of the Modern College admission process is online. In order to apply, you shall have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% and shall have studied Maths as a main subject. Admission will be granted on the basis of 10+2 merit. You can visit the college's official website to fill up the online application form. 

Can I get direct admission for bca without an entrance exam?

Direct Admission in the Modern College of Arts Science & Commerce is impossible. To be eligible for BCA, all the Candidates must appear for the common entrance test (CET) conducted by the college.
