Master Tara Singh Memorial College was established in the year 1968. AICTE approves the college, and it is affiliated with Panjab University.  The campus locates in Ludhiana, Punjab. • Master Tara Singh Memorial College provides multi-disciplinary courses in the Under Graduate Sector. The UG courses are available in BCA and BA.
• Students willing to apply for UG admission at MTSMC shall have cleared 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2.
• For admission to the BCA, candidates must study Mathematics as the main subject in the 10+2 level.
• The selection of the students for UG admission will be based on their performance in the last qualifying exam.
