Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University Distance Learning was established in 2005 with the recognition of DEB and UGC. The University was started to encourage education to influence the unreached over the Distance and Open learning system. The Open University offers several Diploma courses for the candidates with a duration of 1 year. The minimum eligibility criteria for a Diploma course are 10+2 or equivalent, and they are selected based on 10+2 merit.

KKHSOU BA Admission

The Arts program is offered at the Postgraduate level by The Open University for the candidates who have basic eligibility for Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC recognized University. The candidates are selected for admission based on Merit in Bachelor's Degree.

KKHSOU MBA Admission

Business Administration program is offered at Postgraduate level by KKHSOU for the candidates with minimum education level of any graduation except Fine arts with at least 40% aggregate can apply for the entrance exam conducted for admission to the MBA course by the University. The candidates with a 500+ score in MAT or supervisory or managerial experience of 3 years can also apply for admission without the entrance exam required.

KKHSOU M.Com Admission

The candidates desiring to pursue post-graduation in Commerce without attending a full-time course can apply for M.Com in KKHSOU with minimum eligibility of B.Com. The candidates will be selected based on merit in the exam.

The University offers Post-graduate Diploma for the candidates with minimum eligibility for Graduation from the relevant discipline. The candidates will be selected for admissions based on merit in the relevant graduation examination.
