Eligibility Criteria/Cut-off for Admissions 2020

UG course

Eligibility criteria

  • These are 3 year course, Candidate with higher secondary  or 10+2 are eligible to apply
  • Candidate should submit there application form with copies of following document:-
  1. 10th marksheet
  2. 12th marksheet

MBA programme

Eligibility criteria

  • In graduation candidate must having atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent to CGPA in any discipline from recognized university
  • Candidate should appear in any Entrance Examination such as:- CAT/MAT/XAT/KMAT(Karunya Management Aptitude Test)
  • Candidate waiting for their result can also apply, if they shortlisted than they have to submit their document till October

Selection process

  • Candidate will selected on the basis of Entrance Examination score:-
  1. MAT minimum score 400
  2. CAT  minimum 50percentile
  3. XAT minimum 50 percentile
  • If candidate not given these entrance examination or secure less than the required cut-off then candidate have to clear KMAT Exam for  next round
  • Shortlisted candidate will called for Group Discussion/Personal Interview

The final selection list will be prepared on the basis of weightage of selection process:-

  1. Past academic record of UG- 50%
  2. Written test of Entrance Examination- 25%
  3. Group Discussion/Personal Interview- 25%.

Here are a few details for MBA eligibility requirement at KSM as per Karunya School of Management Admission: First, the candidate should’ve secured a min. of 50% or an equivalent CGPA in their bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Second, the candidate should’ve taken the MAT/CAT/XAT entrance test by securing a min. of 400 percentile in MAT/ min. of 50 percentile in CAT/ min. of 50 percentile in XAT exams. If not, they should write KMAT entrance test conducted by KSM itself. Their scores will determine the probability of being shortlisted. After which, the candidates are called for a group discussion followed by a personal interview conducted by the PI panel of the college. The candidates that perform well are selected.
