The Institute is popularly known as JEC, established in 1995, Chennai. JEC vision is to become the forthcoming pioneering leaders in providing education in the field of technology and Management. Students are trained to become responsible citizen to face the competitive world. Courses like UG and PG are offered in various domains. Admission for the B. Tech / BE course is based on TNEA counselling, and M. Tech / MBA and MCA course is based on the TANCET entrance exam. Applications are accepted offline to the courses offered.

Jaya Engineering College B. Tech / BE Admission 

The Institute of JEC offers BE course in seven disciplines and a B. Tech course in two specializations for four years. JEC offers a B. Tech / BE course is being provided with 760 seats per academic year. 

• Eligibility for BE / B. Tech course at JEC, candidates must have scored 55% marks in the 10+2 exam with PCM as main subjects. 
• Admission for BE / B. Tech at JEC is based on Merit and TNEA counselling conducted by AU.
• Candidates who belong to BC will get 5% relaxation, MBC will get 10% relaxation, and SC / ST candidates shall have passing marks to apply. 
• The reservations are based on the rules and regulations set by the State and Central Government.

Jaya Engineering College ME Admission 

The Institute offers two years full-time ME / M. Tech course to eligible students. ME course at JEC offers four specializations and an M. tech course in one discipline with an intake of 18 students per year. 

• Admission for the M. Tech / ME course at JEC is based on GATE/ TANCET examination scores.
• The final admission for the M. Tech / ME course at JEC depends on the TANCA counselling session.  
• Eligibility for M. Tech / ME course at JEC, candidates must have passed B. Tech or BE with 50% marks from a recognized board. 
• Candidates of the SC / ST / MBA / BC category must have scored 45% to get admission.

Jaya Engineering College MBA / MCA Admission 

JEC offers an MBA / MCA course for two years with an intake of 60 students per academic year. Eligible students with qualifying marks shall apply.

• Eligibility for MBA course at JEC, applicants must have 50% marks in any undergraduate degree.
• Admission for the MBA course at JEC is made through TANCET admission.
• Eligibility for MCA course at JEC, students must have Bachelor’s degree with Maths as the main subject with 50% marks.  
• Admission for the MCA course at JEC is based on Merit and TANCET entrance exam scores.
• Candidates who have also passed CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT can apply for an MBA course. 
• Final admission for the MBA course at JEC depends on the TANCA counselling process.

• Admission for B. Tech, BE, ME, M. Tech, MCA and MBA course at SCE is provided online.
• Applicants should visit the admission section on the SCE official page to apply.
• Fill the application form of SCE online with the details required for admission.
• Attach the necessary documents like score sheets, proofs of academics, entrance exam score sheet etc.
• Applicants can pay the application form fee of SCE and submit it online.
