Eligibility criteria

• Graduation (10+2+3) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate  marks
• The final year appearing in graduation may also apply for this program from IMS condition they must produce marks of final year exam marks.
• Candidates awaited for final year result may apply if they fulfill the requirement of eligibility criteria.
• The Institute shall strictly follow the reservation policy of the state government.
• Candidate should appear in any National Level Management Test such as:- CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA.
• The candidate having work experience can also apply

Selection Process

• The candidate will be shortlisted based on their score on the National Level Management Test.
• The scorecard of National Level Management should not be old more than one year when submitting the application form.
• Short-listed candidate will be called for Group Discussion(GD)/Personal Interview(PI)
• The reservation policy of the government of Jharkhand applies in admission, and the candidate of other states in the reserved category shall be treated as the General category.
• The College will make the final merit list based on performance in:-

1. Past academic Records (10^th, 12^th, and graduation)
2. Relevant work experience minimum 2year
3. Performance in Group Discussion/Personal Interviews conducted by Institute.
