Xavier Institute of Social Service course is PGDM/ PG Diploma. It is a 2-year program that gives a similar outcome as an MBA course. XISS, Ranchi, offers management stream courses at the PG level. It offers PGDM, PG Diploma and Fellowship courses. All the programs are AICET and UGC-approved. By the end of the program, the students will be certified by the institute.

The PGDM and PG Diploma courses are equivalent to the MBA course outcome that XISS offers. The course duration is 2 years, and it includes various subject specializations. The course curriculum covers all the major topics and gives an in-depth understanding of organization management and its majors.

The basic eligibility for admission to Xavier Institute of Social Service Courses is to have passed 10+2 board exams followed by a graduation degree in a relevant stream. Students must refrain from having any backlogs from their degrees. Holding an approved University certificate with academic merit will be given priority. To apply for the PGDM program at Xavier Institute of Social Service, students must have valid eligibility criteria. The institute will accept applications in online mode.

• First, they must register through a valid email ID. Further, they will get an OTP for verification.
• They must enter personal and educational details such as name, DOB, educational docs, required certifications, photos, and sign in scanned format.
