Indian Law Institute has been situated in 1956, which promotes legal studies. The courses offered by ILI are LLM and PG Diploma courses in several specializations. These courses are also offered online certification and Ph.D. in Law. The application form can be filled online through the college portal, and they're also an application fee that must be paid.

  • Indian Law Institute courses are Master of Law (LLM) and a postgraduate diploma in different specializations. The admission in ILI for LLM will be based on the entrance exam, and the PG Diploma admissions will be provided based on the merit in the qualifying examination.
  • Indian Law Institute admissions-ILI, Delhi admission for LLM will be based on the National level entrance exam, which will be conducted by ILI Common Admissions (ILICAT).
  • The PG Diploma course admission will be based on merit in the graduation degree. The essential eligibility criteria for taking admission into PG Diploma will be a Graduation degree in any discipline.
  • The eligibility needed for LLM will be to have passed an LLB degree with a minimum of 50% from any recognized board or university by the Bar Council of India or any equivalent Law degree.
  • For ILI, Delhi selection criteria for LLM course, students will be selected based on the ILI CAT scores followed by the personal interview and written test.
  • Candidates seeking PG Diploma in Labour Law should have completed LLB or MA in Social Sciences, the minimum qualifying degree.
  • Candidates who are looking for admission in ILI, Delhi for Ph.D. and M.Phill will have to be passed in LLM degree from any recognized board or university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
  • Indian Law Institute application process for LLM will be starting from the month of May-June every academic year.

There is no BA LLB program offered at IIL. The institute offers LLM and PG Diploma programs as a part of its curriculum.
