• In the case of Economics; a minimum 50% score in a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as one of the major subjects
• In the case of International relations & sociology, a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is needed to secure a seat at the University.
• Candidates are required to take up the entrance test conducted by SAU. After qualifying in the exam, they must undergo a personal interview.

South Asian University MSC Admission

The MSC program is offered in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and Biotechnology. The candidate can have either a three or four-year Bachelor's degree to be eligible. However, preference is given to applicants with BSc in the concerned discipline. In addition, they shall have obtained above 50% at the UG level. However, the selection is based on an entrance test followed by a Personal Interview. South Asian University New Delhi Scholarship

1. President's Scholarship: This facility is exclusively for MA, MSC & LLM. Students where the students scoring the highest marks on the entrance test is subsidized with some benefit. Only two students were selected; one from the Indian list & other from the non-Indian list.
2. SAARC India silver Jubilee Scholarship: This scholarship is available to Masters & Ph.D. students. Ministry Of External Affairs offers it for meritorious students belonging to countries like Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives & Nepal
3. SAU Merit Scholarships: Two merit scholarships are available for the academic programs. It is granted based on an entrance test conducted for both the Indian & Non-Indian category students
